Nav Dhaliwal

Mr. Dhaliwal maintains a busy practice primarily focused on personal injury law, where he regularly represents clients in advancing claims and securing compensation following accidents and injuries. He is experienced in handling a wide range of personal injury matters and is committed to advocating for his clients to ensure they receive the benefits and damages to which they are entitled.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Dhaliwal also assists clients with select family law matters, including issues of child support, parenting, spousal support, and division of property.

Mr. Dhaliwal has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice in various matters.

Mr. Dhaliwal grew up in Calgary, Alberta, where he attended Mount Royal University and graduated in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He then obtained his LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Leicester Law School in 2021. During his studies, he was a top-10 finalist in the 2019 Canadian Moot Competition and actively provided peer mentoring support. He completed his articles with GSD Law Group after working with the firm since 2020.

Outside of the office, Mr. Dhaliwal enjoys staying active—whether it’s on the golf course or in the gym. He is an avid golfer, enjoys weightlifting, and values travelling when time permits. He is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
