About
Mr. Passang primarily practices corporate law, assisting clients with buying and selling shares and assets in corporations. He also practices in wills and estates, helping clients draft wills, Powers of Attorney, and personal directives.
Mr. Passang joined GSD Law Group LLP in 2018 as a paralegal, then articled as a student-at-law in 2022. During this time, he gained experience in various legal practice areas. He was called to the Bar in 2023 and continues to work at GSD Law Group LLP as an associate.
Mr. Passang is the first Tibetan lawyer in the Province of Alberta. As a member of an underrepresented minority group, he aims to advocate for his community and serve their legal needs. His multilingual skills are a strong asset to GSD Law Group, enabling him to assist diverse clients in understanding legal matters in their preferred language.
In his free time, Mr. Passang enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and walking in parks.
