Ms. Bawa primarily practices in the area of family law. She handles contested and uncontested divorces, child and spousal support, child custody and access and other family related matters. Ms. Bawa has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. She also prepares separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and other family law agreements for our clients. ​

Ms. Bawa joined GSD Law Group LLP as a lawyer in 2022. Prior to joining GSD Law Group, Ms. Bawa articled with a law firm in Calgary where she gained experience in various areas of law. Ms. Bawa obtained her law degree in 2014 in Pakistan where she practiced until she moved to Canada in 2021.

Ms. Bawa loves practicing Hot Yoga and spending quality time with her family.
